Cozy rooms with effective air conditioning. Free breakfast and great view of Mayon from the windows. Friendly staff and owner who provided excellent assistance during our stay.

There was a water supply maintenance during our first night, so we couldn't wash before bed. It would have been better if the water supply had been uninterrupted.

The landlady was mind-blowingly awesome, always available with lots of useful info. Super tasty breakfast with free wi-fi. Phenomenal views of Mt. Mayon from the nice balcony. Delightful host and staff delivered jaw-dropping service. Great location close to airport and Mt. Mayon activities. Expect basic room and amenities, but cleanliness and comfort are top-notch.
